Use a due date in a forwarded feedback

Add a due date when forwarding a feedback form in Feedback to a candidate, an onboarding profile, or an employee either in single profile or bulk.

  • The Due date function will alert participants to complete their task a specified time before the deadline.

  • Make sure to enter the keyword [feedback.duedate] in the message template so it is clear for the receiver when the feedback is due.

  • In the feedback overview tab, it is possible to see the status of a feedback under the Status column alongside other due date functionality.

    • Completed: This is used when the feedback form is filled

    • Pending: This is used when we await a response from the responder

    • Did not respond: This is used if the due date has passed.

    • Created, Responded, and Due date: Notes the dates corresponding to these actions.

  • If you have a feedback, where one or several have not responded to their feedback, you have the option to send a manual reminder to one or several of the feedback receivers who have not responded. Click on the Pending responses, choose which ones to send a reminder to, and click Messages.

    Important

This option is only available for feedback types that are not anonymous.
