Create or edit a message template.
Message templates can be used when sending messages to candidates, employees, or users.
Templates help standardize communication and reduce the amount of manual work when sending recurring messages.

Go to in the main menu and click .

Open the tab.

Click to create a template, or select an existing message template to edit it.

Select the language for the message template.
Note
You can create the template in multiple languages.

Enter an internal title, select the template type, and select where it should be available.
Note
The internal title is displayed when users select a message template.
Available types include templates for Employees, Candidates, and Users.

Enter a subject for the message, select a layout, and enter the message text.

Click to insert dynamic values into the message.
Note
Keywords can automatically insert information such as recipient names, sender names, job titles, and form data.
Note
All available form elements can be used as keywords.

Enable the section if the template should also be used for text messages.
Note
You can add an SMS section to an existing template or create a dedicated SMS template.

The message template is saved and available for use when sending messages.
