Create or edit an ad template for recruitment.
Ad templates help standardize job advertisements and reduce the time required to create new job postings.
Templates can also be connected to job templates and reused across multiple recruitment processes.

Go to in the main menu and click .

Click .

Open .

Click to create a template, or select an existing template to edit it.

Fill out the fields.
Note
You can create the template in multiple languages if multiple languages are enabled for your account.

Language: Select the language for the ad template.

Internal title: Enter an internal title which is displayed when users select an ad template.

Job title: Enter a job title. Leave the field empty if the job title should not be automatically populated when the template is used.

Ad text: Enter or paste the ad text.

Change the format of the text using the different options in the toolbar where you can find two options to restrict and enable editing portions of text.

Use the padlock icon (enable/disable editing) to identify sections that can be edited when the template is used. To use this function, select the text and click on this icon.

Use the eye icon (restrict) to lock parts of the ad text so they cannot be edited when the template is used. Locked text is highlighted in yellow, making it impossible for someone to edit the text when creating a job.

Keywords: When using parts that will vary according to the job, you could mark those with XXXX, which can be changed when the ad template is used or you could use keywords instead e.g. could you use
[job.deadline]because this keyword is now created and ready for use.Note
It is possible to set access to ad templates so that they appear for the right departments, users, and roles.

The ad template is saved and available for use when creating jobs or assigning templates to job templates.
