Move existing job profiles between job levels

If you have existing Job profiles that need to be mapped to the Job levels in your job architecture, you can move them. 

Note

If you had job profiles that were created before the Job architecture feature was available, these Job profiles will automatically be placed in Job level container named No Job Level. From here you can move them.

Prerequisite: Before you start moving job profiles, build your Job architecture as explained here Build job architecture in Emply People.

  1. From the main menu, go to Settings+Templates and select Job architecture.

  2. Select the job level named No Job Level or any other job level that may contain the job profile that needs to be moved.

  3. Set a check mark next to the job profile you want to move and click Edit.

  4. Expand Job level and select the new job level from the list.

  5. Click Save.
