For each of your employees you will assign a job profile. A job profile is part of a job level with other comparable job profiles in you job architecture, giving you a strong foundation for pay transparency.
Prerequisite: Before you assign job profiles to employees, make sure that your job architecture is ready in Emply People, Prepare your company's job architecture.

From the main menu, go to .

Find the relevant employee and select him/her.

From the tab, click (the pencil icon).

From the Job profile dropdown, select the relevant in job profile.
Tip
Start typing the name of the job profile in the search to filter the list.

Do this for all your employee to be ready for pay transparency.
