      • Job level title. If you need to differentiate job levels in different countries, please indicate the country in the title.

        Important

A job level title can only have one currency and one minimum/maximum salary range, so you may need to create two rows to differentiate the level for two different countries.

If you have Level 2 jobs in both Denmark, Germany and Italy, and the employees are paid in DKK and EUR and with different ranges for minimum/maximum salary, you can differentiate by creating three rows with the following titles:

        • Level 2 - DK

        • Level 2 - DE

        • Level 2 - IT

This allows you to indicate different currencies, and also different salary ranges for Germany and Italy that both use Euro.

      • Optionally enter a description of the job level.

      • Enter the relevant currency for the salary range

      • Fill in the Minimum salary* and Maximum salary* for the job level and yearly salary. If the minimum and maximum salaries differ for employees in different countries, but is in the same currency, e.g. EUR, you will need to create multiple Job Levels to reflect this, similar to the example above.

      • Optionally, fill in the Level category, e.g. to differentiate between different Job level titles at the same level. This can be used to sort your Job level titles on Level category, so that you see e.g. all Job levels in Germany together. You can choose between existing Level categories or click Create new level category.

    4. Click Save.

  3. When you have created all the job level you need, check that they are ordered the way you need them to be. Drag drop the levels to reorder them.

  4. Finish by clicking Done.

Next, you need to create or move job profiles into the relevant job levels.

If you have no job profiles, see Create or modify job profiles.

If you have job profiles and to move them to the appropriate job levels, see Move existing job profiles between job levels.

Note

If you need to modify the information in a job level, go to the Job architecture, click Manage job levels and then select the pencil icon for the relevant job level.
