User Fields - Nice-to-Know
As a user, you have the option to configure certain information fields. Most fields are self-explanatory, but here is a brief explanation of a few specific user fields (primarily use in a browser).
-
Danish civil registration number / CPR-nummer:
Can be filled in if the field is empty on the user information/master record in the system. Available in browser-only. Requires system configuration 9.2 to be enabled.
-
Password
You can change the code directly in the user field once you've logged in. Only in a browser.
-
Private
You have the option to make your phone number and email address private. As a result, your coworkers and managers will no longer be able to contact you using your contact information.
-
Registration number and account number
You can enter your bank registration number and bank account number if this information needs to be sent or exported to your payroll system. Browser-only.
-
Unsubscribe
Deactivating an account means that the user's access is no longer available through the app. You can therefore block access to the app, but it will remain accessible in a browser. This feature can only be enabled or disabled through a browser.
Caution
Employee ID:
Please note that your employee number and username cannot be changed by anyone other than the system administrator.
Your first name/last name:
Can only be changed if the field has not been locked by an administrator.
Your phone number and email address
This must be correct, as it will be used in the system.
