This guide explains how to check your balance—for example, your flex balance, vacation balance, and so on. The guide supports login for regular users via a smartphone or a web browser.
Note
The guide also provides tips for when you can't see your balance.
-
Log in to the Lessor Workforce app, and select in the upper-left corner of the Startpage.
-
Select .
Congratulations! You have now accessed your balance(s).
Tip
If the button/tab is not visible on the right-hand side, it is because your manager/administrator has disabled permission #27500.
If you disable permission #27500, you will no longer be able to view the Balance tab in the app or in your browser.
If you still can't access or view your balances, it may be because the balance you're trying to access has no transaction history.
Once you have earned hours/days toward your balance (a change in your balance), the balance will be visible in both the app and the browser.
Example: If your manager informs you that he or she has created a new flex balance and you cannot see the balance, it may be because the balance is new and has no transactions. If a transaction is added—for example, 2 hours of flex time—the balance will now be visible to you.
-
Log in to Lessor Workforce via a web browser. Click the tab and select the tab.
Note
If the tab is not visible on the right side, it is because your manager/administrator has disabled permission #27500.
Congratulations! You have now accessed your balance in your browser.
Tip
If you still can't access or view your balances, it may be because the balance you're trying to access has no transactions.
Once you've earned hours/days that are added to your balance, they'll be visible in both the app and the browser.
Below is an example involving Betina, in which her manager informs her that a new Flex balance has been created, which she is welcome to access. However, Betina cannot see the balance because there are no transactions in the account. If her manager adds 2 hours of Flex time, the balance will become visible.
