This guide explains how to view a consolidated overview of your colleagues' shifts as well as your own.
The guide supports day-to-day use for the average user (User permission profile), and the app is available for iPhone and Android. The browser version will also be displayed in this article.
The images in this guide were taken with an iPhone. There may therefore be differences when using an Android device.

Once you're logged in to the Lessor Workforce app, you can view your shifts and those of your coworkers as follows.
Note
Permission #2200 must be enabled on your user profile before you can view your coworkers' shifts.

Tap to open the menu overview, then tap the tab.
You now have access to see your Colleagues' shifts.
Note
Your shifts are marked in green.
If you swipe right, you go back in time, and vice versa if you swipe left.
The days of the week are listed in the upper right corner and the month/year on the opposite side, so you can always keep track of where you are in the period.
If you click on a shift, you'll see its status and details. For example, you'll be able to see on your shift if you're in the process of releasing or transferring the shift to a colleague and want to cancel the request, as shown below.
Through the browser version, you can also view an overview of My Shifts, Available Shifts, a weekly overview of your coworkers' shifts, a daily overview, and a period overview —if you have the necessary permissions.
The browser version allows you to get a much more detailed overview of the week's schedule in terms of shifts, available shifts, etc.

Log in to Lessor Workforce and click the tab.
You are now viewing the Shift Overview tab under My Shifts.
The overview below allows you to see your shifts for the selected time period.
The schedule below shows your shifts for the entire month of August. If a shift is grayed out, it means that the shift has already taken place.

To explore the Shift Schedule further, tap to view the shifts that have been released.
The Available Shifts-tab provides an overview, for the selected time period, of whether you can request available or released shifts, or if there is a conflict associated with the request.
The example below shows available shifts for the period August 14–September 14.
Furthermore, a conflict is also shown regarding a potential shift request on August 17, as the employee is already scheduled for a shift.

If you click on the next tab, , you'll see your shifts and those of your coworkers for the selected week.
Your name is highlighted in green.
The overview allows you to view the weekly schedule for the department you have permission to view.

If you'd like a more detailed overview of the workday itself, you can click the tab.
The overview shows which coworkers are working on the day you've selected.

Tap the last tab, , to see the same overview that your manager sees in the Gantt planning tool.
The last tab, Period Overview , gives you almost the same overview that your manager has in the Gantt scheduling tool. The Period Overview tab shows you and your coworkers' shifts for the period you're searching for. You can adjust the period and search for a specific coworker.
