Create/edit media

Create different media where you can publish your vacancies. You can create multiple Career Centers where candidates can upload resumes and create job agent. This feature also allows candidates to update their information as soon as there is an available position that matches their criteria.

  1. Go to Settings in the main menu and navigate to Integrations.

  2. Click the tab Job Promotion and click New Media.

    ... or hover over the media and click the pencil icon to edit existing media.

  3. Choose where the media is to be promote to: Career site or Own external media.

    Important

    Remember to click Save to proceed.

  4. To proceed with setup, fill in the blanks:

    • Title: Is included from the previous step

    • Brief description: The media is optional

    • Website: URL is the media URL

    • Location: i for the media and optional

    • Logo: upload logo for the media

    • Access: here you choose who should be able to publish to the media, such as Hiring manager or individual persons listed by name.

    • Packages: can be entered if price packages have been agreed with the media

    • Click Save and the media is now created.

Publishing agent

You can create a publishing agent on a media where you can create a publish, update, and unpublish messages, for example you can create messages that are sent to the external media when a project is published.

  1. Click the Publishing Agent tab.

  2. The procedures are the same for Publishing, Updating and Unpublishing.

  3. Click New message and click the down arrow to enter a description for the message and select a language.

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Add external recipients stating email to the external media.

    • Choose who should be the sender and then design as you like.

    • Write the subject of the message and select the message type

  5. Remember to click Save.
