Create publishing rule

Create publishing rules when promoting a job.

  1. Click on Settings in the main menu.

  2. Click on Integrations.

  3. Click on the tab Job Promotion+New Rule.

  4. Fill in the fields:

    • Targeted media: You can add the media you wish to apply the rule to. By clicking Reverse, the rules will apply to all media except for the one you have added to this field

    • Show Media: By selecting this, the media will be shown as a rule

    • Hide Media: By selecting this, the media will be hidden as a rule

    • Move Media To Cart: By selecting this, the media will be moved by default to the cart as a rule

    • Lock Media To Cart: By selecting this, the you will be unable to remove the media from the cart as a rule

    • Criterias: Here you can define different criteria for the rules to apply

    • If the rule looks as such Hide Media, it means that the media (LinkedIn Post) is hidden from the Team role (Project manager)

    • Delete rule: Click here to delete the rule

    • Duplicate rule: Click here to duplicate the rule

  5. When hovering the mouse over the title of the rule, you can click on the pencil icon to change it:
