Before importing your job architecture from a file, please download and build your job architecture, see Build job architecture using the Excel template

Please note that the job architecture can only be imported from file once. After first important, any changes to the architecture must be done in Emply People.
Click your way through the task
Below you can click your way through the process and get instructions before you use the procedure in Emply People. Click in the top right corner to see the click-demo in full-screen. Hit esc to exit full screen.

Select the relevant file from your local drive and click .
After a successful import, review the created levels and profiles in the Job Architecture overview. If modifications are needed, see Create or modify job profiles
You next step is to map your employees to job profiles, see Map a job profile to an employee.

If errors are reported, download the error file, correct the relevant rows in the Excel file, and upload the file again.
