Clock in is currently only available in the German market.
Clock in must be activated for the individual payroll group for the employees in the that payroll group to be able to use it.
Prerequisites

The feature must be activated on your Emply instance by Emply.

All employees that will use clock in must have an Employee ID.

You are logged in as an admin.

From the main menu, go to + and select .

Select the payroll group that you want to enable for Clock In.

Scroll down and click to expand.

Enable the relevant options for the payroll group.

Need to register time: Employees of this payroll group will be required to track their time.

Needs to be approved: When clock in is used and this toggle is active, an approval will be required for all time blocks.

Overtime needs approval: Overtime submission will require approval.

Payouts: Overtime can be requested to be paid out. Requests for payout always requires approval if enabled.

Paid time off: Overtime can be requested as paid time off. Requests for paid time off always requires approval if enabled.

Add approver: The manager is typically the approver, but others can be added. Approval from one approver only is required.

The accessibility to the Clock in information must be set on the role in Emply to allow e.g. managers to create reports.
