Reports: Candidates > Applicant conversion

The following article will help you access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your candidates over a certain period of time.

Reports: Candidates > Applicant conversion 

1. To access these reports, go to "Reports" in the main menu

2. Go to "Applicant conversion" under "Candidates", as shown below:

Job: All jobs (active + archived), except if filter is added. If filter is added, then only the filtered jobs will be visible.

Department: All departments from account menu, except when filter is added. If filter added, then only department that match filter criteria shows.

Source: Show all media from account, except if filter is added. If filter is added, then only the filtered media will be visible.

Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. If filter is added, then only the filtered tags will be visible.

Views: Total sum of views from all medias on all jobs taking consideration of period and filter.

Applied: Total sum of all applied candidates (without manually created candidates) on all jobs taking consideration of period and filter.

Conversion: Applied / Views x 100

Job: Show all jobs within period, taking filter into consideration

Views: Total sum of views from different medias on the job.

Applied: Total sum of all applied candidates on the job (without manually created candidates).

Conversion: Applied / Views x 100

Created: The creation date of the job. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Please note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
