The following article will help you access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your jobs over a certain period of time.
Reports: Jobs > Job lifetime
1. To access these reports, go to "Reports" in the main menu
2. Go to "Job lifetime" under "Jobs", as shown below:
Jobs: All jobs (Active + archived), except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered jobs will be visible.
Department: All departments from account menu, except when filter is added. If filter is added, only the departments that match filter criteria will be visible.
Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only filtered tags will be visible.
Job promotion date
Oldest publishing with state “Published“ is taken into consideration. If publishing start type is “Specific date“ then publishing date. Otherwise publishing creation date. If the job have never been published, then the number should be 0.
Job unpublishing date
Oldest publishing with state “Unpublished“ is taken into consideration. If publishing unpublish type is “Specific date“ then unpublishing date. If unpublish type is “Deadline“ then job deadline. If the job have never been published, then the number should be 0.
Total Average: Sum of Draft, Promoted and Unpublished.
Draft: Average among differences between promotion (or current date if empty) and creation dates of all jobs which match filter: Jobs which are not deleted. If start/end time filters are provided then job creation time is considered. If department filter is provided then job department is considered.
Promoted: Average among differences between unpublishing (or current date if empty) and promotion dates of all job which match filter: Jobs which are not deleted. If start/end time filters are provided then job creation time is considered. If department filter is provided then job department is considered.
Unpublished: Average among differences between current and unpublishing dates of all jobs which match filter: Jobs which are not deleted. If start/end time filters are provided then job creation time is considered.

Draft: Difference between promotion and creation dates.
Promoted: Difference between unpublishing and promotion dates.
Unpublished: Difference between current and unpublishing dates.
Total: Sum of Draft, Promoted and Unpublished.
Created: Creation date of job/department. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
