Chart: New processes
The chart shows the number of new onboarding profiles, started in each month and divided in areas. The areas are custom on each customer (i.e. made by the customer).
Employees in process: Shows the number of onboarding profiles within that area, that are not completed. "Not completed" means that the employee has not reached the last step in the onboarding pipeline.
Completed process: Shows the number of onboarding profiles that have reached the last step in the onboarding pipeline and in addition the completed percentage should be 100%. The tile shows the number and percentage. Percentage is calculated as following: Employees in Completed / (Employees in process + Employees in Completed).
Average time to complete: Shows the number of days it took in average to complete an onboarding profile to move through all steps in pipeline. Sum of all “time to complete” for all employees that have reached the last step in the onboarding pipeline / The number of onboarding profiles that have reached the last step in the onboarding pipeline.
Please note
Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
