The following article will help you get an overview of the absences of your employees through statistical reports made by the system 

 

Reports: Employees > Absence

1. These reports can be found in the "Reports" module in the main menu, as shown below:

2. Go to "Absence" under the tab "Employees"

Days absence: Shows the total number of approved absent days. All registered days on all employees within period and filter with all types Absence, Work and Vacation. 

Days worked: Shows the total number of possible work days for all employees within period and according to filter criteria.

Work related absence percentage: Shows the percentage of absence days allocated as "work". Number of hours related to absence registration with the leave type "Vacation", divided by total number of hours potentially worked in the same period x 100

Vacation related absence percentage: Shows the percentage of absence days allocated as "Vacation". Number of hours related to absence registration with the leave type "Vacation", divided by total numbers of hours potentially worked in the same period x 100

Sickness related absence percentage: Shows the percentage of absence days allocated as "Absence". Number of hours related to absence registration with the same registration with the leave type "Absence", divided by total number of hours potentially worked in the same period x 100

 

Bar chart

The bar chart shows the three different leave types per month

Department: All departments from account menu, except when filter is added. In this case, only departments that match the filter criteria will be visible. 

Possible work days: Sum of possible work days

Total absence days: Sum of total absence days

Absence: Sum of absence days taken in total for a certain time period and within filter criteria 

Absence percentage: Percentage of absences out of total days (total absences/total days x 100)

Vacation: Sum of vacation days taken in total for a certain time period and within filter criteria 

Vacation percentage: Percentage of vacation out of total days (total vacation days/total days x 100)

Work: Sum of work related absences in total for a certain time period and within filter criteria 

Work percentage: Percentage of work related absence days out of total days (total work related absences/total days x 100)

 

Filter options

In the top of the report it is possible to filter or change the view of the data, and also to filter by dates.

 

Department or Absence Group

Add filter: Possible to filter data on specific department and/or absence group


Group by

Possibility to group data by Department, Absence group, Employee, Manager or Month.


Add leave types

Filter on specific leave types in your account.

Please note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
