Reports: Candidates > Drop off stage

The following article will help you access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your candidates over a certain period of time.

Reports: Candidates > Drop off stage 

1. Go to "Reports" in the main menu

2. Go to "Drop off stage" under "Candidates, as shown below:

Job: All jobs (active + archived), except if filter I added. If filter is added, only the filtered jobs will be visible.

Department: All departments from account menu, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the departments that match the filter criteria will be visible. 

Source: Show all media from account, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered media will be visible. 

Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered tags will be visible.

Job: Shows all jobs taking consideration of period and filter.

Candidates: Number of candidates that applied.

Disqualified: Sum of all archived candidates on the job.

Disqualified percentage: Percentage of number of disqualified candidates = Disqualified candidates / Sum of candidates x 100.

Applied: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Applied percentage: Percentage of number of disqualified candidates = Disqualified candidates at this specific stage / Sum of disqualified candidates x 100.

Assessment: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Shortlisted: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Phone Screen: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Interview: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Offer: Number of candidates that was disqualified at this specific stage in the pipeline.

Created: The creation date of the job. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Please note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
