Reports: Candidates > Sourced Conversion

The following article will help you access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your candidates over a certain period of time.

Reports: Candidates > Sourced Conversion 

1. You can find this data by clicking on "Reports" in the main menu, as shown below:

2. Click on "Sourced Conversion" under the "Candidates" tab

This report shows data only on those candidates that was created manually.

Job: All jobs (active + archived), except if filter is added. In this case, only the filtered jobs will be visible.

Department: All departments from account menu, except when filter is added. In this case, only the filtered departments will be visible. 

Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. In this case, only the filtered tags will be visible.

Sourced: Number of candidates created manually across all jobs, taking period of time and filter into consideration.

Applied: Show number of sourced candidates moved from “Sourced” to the stage “Applied” in the pipeline, taking period and filter into consideration.

Conversion: Applied / Sourced x 100, taking period and filter into consideration.

Average time in stage: Average time between created date and first log date about candidate applied.

Job: Shows all jobs taking period and filter into consideration.

Sourced: Number of candidates created manually.

Applied: Show number of sourced candidates moved from “Sourced” to this stage in the pipeline “Applied”.

Conversion: Applied / Sourced x 100, taking period and filter into consideration.

Average time in stage: Average time between created date and first log date about candidate applied.

Created: The creation date of the job. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Please note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
