Reports: Candidates > Time to hire

The following article will help you access and interpret statistical reports made by the system to help you get an overview of your candidates over a certain period of time.

Reports: Candidates > Time to hire 

1. Go to "Reports" in the main menu

2. Click on "Time to hire" under "Candidates", as shown below:

Job: All jobs (active + archived), except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered jobs will be visible.

Department: All departments from account menu, except when the filter is added. If filter is added, only the departments that match filter criteria show.

Source: Show all media from account, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered media will be visible.

Tag: Shows all used tags from jobs and candidates, except if filter is added. If filter is added, only the filtered tags will be visible.

Candidates: Number of candidates within the specified time period

Applied: Number of candidates that applied within the specified period.

Sourced: Number of candidates that have been manually created within the specified period.

Hired candidates: Amount of the applied candidates that was hired within the specified time period.

Average time to hire: Sum of time to hire for each candidate across jobs within the specified time period, divided by amount of candidates. That would mean the system calculates the time to hire for each candidate, and take the average value.  

Average time to hire without sourced: Sum of time to hire for each candidate across jobs, removing manually created (sourced) candidates from the calculation, within the specified time period, divided by amount of candidates.

Jobs: Title + job number for each job (both active and archived) with handled candidates in the specified time

Candidates: Total amount of candidates on the job (both active and archived)

Hired: Number of hired candidates on the job and the percentage compared to total amount

Min. time: The lowest number of days it took to hire the a candidate on the job (proceed them to the stage "Hired")

Max. time: The highest number of days it took to hire the a candidate on the job (proceed them to the stage "Hired")

Avg. time: Min. time + Max. time / 2

Created: The creation date of the job. Not visible when grouping by tag/month.

Please note

Access to reports will allow the user to see all data in reports. There is no automatic filtering done from the system in regards to department or team; therefore the user will have access to data related to the report across all parts of the company.
